Wow, I can't believe I'm the first one here. My words are actually echoing. Anyway. This was an excelent show/read. I especially liked the use of Ben Browder, I love Farscape. This episode brought out a lot of sadness in me. The only thing I really didn't like about it, is that it made me miss Wesley even more.

All right. So... yeah, the reviews for Role Play and Found got kinda... ya know... not made. I'll try to be a bit more responsible with the reviews. But for now let's focus on Our Days of Death and Glory.
The Good[/b]
- I got to say that when I read in Found that Angel would be reopening Angel Inv. I was more than a bit anxious. I got sudden flashes of Spike, Angel, and Illyria actually coexisting (God forbid!) but the way that it was handled was excelent. The writer really did do a great job with the interactions between the three of them. They were working together but the very fragile way in which they coexist, not really liking each other, but just sticking together because they have to. All of the pieces between Spike and Angel were great. This episode really went to show how much Angel cares about Spike.
- I knew that if there was a season six it would deal a lot with the losses that Angel suffered. And indeed the first three episode dealt with that a lot. And I knew that eventually these emotions would have to be pushed aside. But before that the writers gave us an incredible climax to Angel's grief. There's so many ways to illustrate grief but you guys picked the very best one... denial. This is really what this is, denial. Angel simply refusing that certain things are gone. First he hangs onto Angel Inv. And as he refuses to let go of that he doesn't accept that all of his friends are gone. Every single word spoken between Angel and the ghosts was spot-on-perfect. And seeing Cordelia at the very end, oh man. That was incredible.
- The story of Lily and the ghost was very well done. The writers did something very awesome, they made Angel Inv. the focus, the main thing. The ghosts were a side effect. And they had a case that was really worthy nad interesting. Plus you picked the two most fitting actors to play the part. They way that the ghost behaved, how Angel found the body, all so ambigous the first time you read, so deliciously subtle the second time around. Perfect.
- We get to see more of Tobit. I loved how you made him be disgusted by Angel, how he reacted. It all felt very genuine.
- Sanura. This was the cherry on top of the episode. She was kinda annoying at the beginning but once the story hits it into high gear you forget all about her. And that's what made the ending so perfect, it kinda sneaks up on you.
- Comedy, it was perfect. I really laughed out loud at least four times. And the gag at the start of the episode was absolutely priceless.
- This episode has a lot of good things going for it, but sometimes too much of anything can't be good. Not here. The writer juggles it all so perfectly that it works excelently.
- The song at the end was the best choice ever. " This desperation Dislocation Separation Condemnation Revelation In temptation Isolation Desolation Let it go"
This sums up the episode perfectly. Dislocation, Separation, Isolation, Desolation, Angel separates himself from the real people, all to go back to a dead and desolate place. Condemnation, Angel condems Tobit and the demons, says that they don't need his help. Desperation, In Temptaion, Angel is desperate and is tempted by the aparitions of his friends, with them everything fits and is good. Revelation, Let it Go, but in the end Angel realizes his errors and finally lets it all go.
The Bad
- Was Amy Acker sick this weak or something? Could we please us the girl guys? illyria is one of the best characters ever, milk her for everything she's got.
Other[/i]
- So, let's recap. In here, there's a concversation about God, waiting for a week doing absolutely nothing, betrayl, murder, potions, a mix-up about a baby, a twist, and a musical sequence. Any other episode of any other fanfic I would be telling you to avoid at all costs. But not here. You guys make it work.
- The little touches relaly made this episode for me. Stuff like Angel looking off to empty spaces, Jon looking through Angel, that kinda stuff really made this perfect for me.
- The Spike comment about Angel being the King of Pain has got to be funniest thing currently on the net.
- Rereading there's so much foreshadowing about Lily being a murderer but it is very subtle. She keeps asking about what the plan is. Is she worried that they might end up searching the service area? She briefly sugests spliting up but reconsiders. Is she worried that Spike might stumble on her little secret? There's probably more but I can't keep listing the great stuff about this episode.
I GIVE IT 10/10
This really is as good as it gets. Every Angel fan should read this. Keep up the great work guys.

Well, it's not a cliffhanger per se, but yes, Season Five is the last official TV season of Angel.
