Originally proposed by Jaxxson.
Angel is the subject of an underground demon television network reality show. The option is open to somehow bring back dead demons or people from his past for interviews.

Remember Wolfram and Hart's entertainment division. Maybe we have some celebrities who are demons drop in.

well from what we know is that the soul will either go to heaven or hell depeneding on ether it was destroyed or not we could have it that the deamons that were killed and went to hell got theyre body so that they can be tortured or that it takes alot of magic to hurt a soul so they were given they're body to cause harm to them

Okay, time to revisit old ideas. Get those nostalgic juices flowing!
I think this is a cool idea - if not for a whole ep, at least for a subplot. In the first episode script - which is done now - the power is out at Casa del Dios Caido. I wasn't able to fit the info in this ep, but the television doesn't run on electricity - it gets its reception off of a mystical wavelength.
So it would be cool to have Angel run into some camera crew (although they probably wouldn't use a camera) for one of the shows. And if the show was live - we cut to Spike watching the tele in the shelter, ready with some hilarious comment - about how it adds 10 pounds or how not even TV can make Angel entertaining - ooh, meta - except untrue.

Hmm, I like that idea. I've always liked the basic premise of this but don't quite think that it was strong enough to carry an entire episode. But I like what you propose, it could be some good stuff for humor in an episode.

This sounds really cool. I saw something like this once. It wasn't on Angel or Buffy. I think it was a movie. There was this demon watching tv (it was only shown for about two seconds). What was on tv was "Demon Survivor". A game where demons are stuck on an island, and the last one left alive is the winner. If you wanted to do something similar to this, maybe Angel and spike could be both be put in the game, and at the end, have to fight it out ala Captain Kirk and Spock.
P.S.
I'm not a Treky, I just remember some things. ;D

It would be cool if the host was a big demon someone you wouldn’t expect, the same sort of demon as Skip say where the mic looks tiny in comparison. He looks strong but handles situations in a calm comforting way that makes you think he's a soft individual.
Then when say the set comes under attack he literally has another persona and gets really pissed.
