Okay, so now that we are finally going live with this thing, we should probably start to think about promoting this thing. So if anyone knows about sites where we could put up a link to this place please let us know. I know about a few but most are just small-time message boards.
And if anyone has any other ideas about how we could promote this thing please tell us.

Okay, so apparently you're not supposed to advertise your own site or a site you are associated with at Whedonesque.com. So...how do we get around that. I suppose they wouldn't really be able to find out.

Um, not to be nit-picky, but I'm just trying to help here: The very first sentence on the "About Us" description needs to read "Angel. When..." (Yes, I'm harping on a missing period-- sue me). The only other thing that worried me : the coding on the front page is screwed up, all the apostrophes are showing as an upside-down question-mark followed by a fraction. Otherwise: Awesome start, guys! If all goes right, I'll have a little something to add to the site in the next day or two. What is it? Not much, but hopefully it'll put a little smile on your faces ;D

I have no idea how the apostrophe and all that happened, but I do know what happened with the missing period thing. Orignally, what I had written was:
Angel
When it blah blah blah
In the site it ended up like this:
Angel When blah blah blah
Note that the space between lines was deleted. I hadn't noticed that before. Thanks for pointing out that stuff PTB.
You can't post your own site link at Whedonesque? Hmm... can't we ya know, spam it? lol, okay not very smooth. But like PTB said you might post it and even if it gets deleted some people might have seen it and get attracted.
I'll hit some sites I know and advertise/spam about us. Of course that might get me banned from those sites... But oh well. Greater good and all that stuff.

Just so y'all know, I'm not trying to be a hard-ass. I understand that gaffes are going to happen, and I'm not out to take anyone to task for it. I bring up the little nitpickies 'cause I care. I'm not one of those obsessive types who goes around correcting everyone's spelling and grammatical mistakes. Hell, I'd have to take myself to task if that were the case.
I bring em up because I'm damn proud of what we're doing here, and damn proud to be associated with such a fine bunch of folks. And to that end, I simply want this thing to be the absolute best it can be, even at the risk of being perceived as an anal-retentive twerp.
Simply put WE ROCK, and I intend for everyone who sees us to know it!

hey someone commented in Whedonesque.com . They said they liked it. You can read their full comment there.
But then they put another comment:
"Just gone back to explore the other features of the site and already getting an 'exceeding bandwidth' message. This, unfortunately, is the other common problem with these 'virtual seasons'. Still here's hoping it is temporary!"
What's that all about?

see geocities only allows a little amount of bandwith a hour and once it is filled up you can view the page till the next hour sorry but there is nothing i can do at this time about that

The fact that it is being shut down - does that mean that we're getting a lot of people? Or do we just have woefully little bandwidth?

Both, probably - but I prefer the lots of viewers option.
Sorry I've been incommunicato for so long - am back now and working on Episode 3. Which still doesn't have a title so any suggestions for the episode focusing on the werewolves anonymous group?

Just a side note, I was checking out info on twelve step programs. Step Two: Come to believe that a Power greater than ourselves can restore us to sanity.
Kinda made me do a double-take.
