This was an idea I came up with and slowly formed i'm open to masive changes as this was mainly brought out of principle of the first idea. Feel free to rip to shreds but it's my strongest idea for an episode to date so here goes.
The Girl with the Golden Touch.
As demons take on more traits a girl starts to gain special powers and is seemingly possessed at times as she wanders the streets attacking certain people putting them in comas.
Her family (mother, farther, Son) incapacitate her and take her to Demon Shelter and explain what she’s been doing. But don’t know why, the family are clueless to her behaviour but Angel suspects they are playing dumb.
The girl attempts to escape and Illyria attempts to stop her but she attacks her and begins to drain the life out of her. Then Angel and Spike restrain her again and re-question her family but they remain clueless.
Away from the family Angel wonders how they managed to stop her when a semi-powerful goddess couldn’t stop her.
Later we see Illyria stick up for Andrew as he is bullied by a few demons.
Tobit researches something that she said to Illyria and finds that her great grandmother was a very powerful Wicca who sought out to destroy evil and literally sucked Evil out of her victims.
Illyria walks into the demon shelter claiming she saved a puppy from being run over in the street but also complains about the hate she has for the emotion she feels constantly.
Angel Spike Fred and Illyria question the family who still play clueless until Angel asks how they took her down to bring to the shelter, the farther performs a spell that knocks out Angel Spike Fred and Illyria.
The family take their daughters body out of the shelter and take Illyria as well. Andrew catches on and tries to stop them but the son knocks him out. However when regaining conscious he finds and awakes the A team. Tobit returns to say that all the victims of the girl have awoken and are all in good cheer on top of that they were all shady characters before hand but now are very pleasant.
Tobit learns of where Illyria is and they go to her. They find that her blood is being used as a part of a sacrifice on their daughter’s body using the spirit of her great grandmother to call forth a demon to take the place of the Senior Partners to restore the balance.
During the ceremony the A team party crash and the farther begins to call up demons for them to face but the battle through and Fred awakens the daughter who uses her powers on her family to take the evil away from them.
The girl then turns towards Illyria but Fred casts a spell to remove the excess powers from the girl who faints and remembers nothing.
Her family are now rejuvenated and are much better people and leave the shelter thanking them for the “Guidance” they received.
Illyria is told that the effects aren’t permanent as the power wasn’t fully completed and she says she can feel them leaving already then shows everyone the cake she just baked.

I'm not entirely sure if it will fit in with our season at the moment, and I'm not sure how I feel about the idea of someone forcing good upon other people, but I have to say the very end of the episode was hilarious. I really want to have a scene this season where Illyria bakes them a cake. That is funny.
But I'll think about the idea for the ep some more because it is pretty good - just not sure if or where it will fit.

I can see where your coming from perhaps a scene where Spike wonders why Angel wants to stop the girl from using her power and Angel explains that taking evil out of people making them all "Shiny, happy people." is just as bad as making them evil the point is people need that choice between good and evil.
And like I said the episode came out of growth from the original idea generally I suck at thinking up ideas for funny quirks but I did like the whole Illyria part.

I think the last act needs some work as to what the family is going to do with her. So any ideas would be helpfull

Hmm, I dunno if this episode would really work out well. Maybe with the story more fleshed out I could get to like it more but I'm not to enthusiastic about the basic storyline of the family. I'm not sure about that.
However, there is one thing that I think is great about this idea. The concept of someone that is able to suck out the evil of someone I think might be just what we need. More specifically I I love the idea that Illyria is targeted for this.
Illyria as a character is evil, she may be a part of the Angel team, but she is evil in nature. Her good actions so far have been due to Fred's soul inside of her (well, it's shards, whatever). It might be interesting to see what she becomes once she is rid of Fred, once she is once again fully Illyria. Would she still be able to feel the things she did before the split? This is where the idea of an evil-sucker comes in. We've never seen Illyria be good, we've seen Fred shine through her. I think that the idea of seeing the true good of Illy would be interesting.
But the idea of an evil-sucker just fits right into our theme of the lack of balance for the side of good. There have always been beings that corrupt those around them with evil, this is the first time that we actually see someone being corrupted with good. That's what this person is doing, she is placing good in beings whose nature is to be evil.
I think that the idea might be pretty cool.

Sorry. Gotta take issue with this. I've always felt the opposite. I feel Illyria has chosen to do good, rather than evil. Now, this isn't to say she will always do good, but I don't think it is just Fred's soul that is making her good. In fact, I think we had a talk about this in the ep. 8 section. I think we decided Illyria, herself, would choose not to kill Fred again. Because she has evolved. Wes did teach her well. She fights to honor his memory as well. And there's also a part of her that is lost and so she is tagging along with these heroes and champions because she has nothing else to do. And that's really why Angel fights and Spike, too. What else are they gonna do?

Huh... yeah, I didn't think that one through.
All right, maybe what I said before was a little extreme but I think that it's still an issue. What I'm trying to say is that Illyria's basic, primal instincts are to be evil. She can certainly conquer these instincts, it is possible. But for a long while now she has had Fred's soul giving her a push towards "good" emotions. I'm not saying that once they are separated Illyira will immediatly go evil again but that the struggle will be harder, she will have to go against them. She has evolved, she has learned new things, new emotions, she has become a better being. But there still have to be some parts of her that tell her to be evil.
Or not. I may be way off the mark. Just putting down the stuff that comes to my head before I have time to think them through. ;D

If you want a complete surmise redone I’ll get to work but I must insist the title stays because it's a kick ass song (by Razor Light.) But give me a day or two (or three) then I should have something. Also That’s not completely true, Jasmine was bad because of her desire to create a perfectly "good" world wasn’t a good thing, granted she also ate people and pretty much gave herself the leader role with slaves but the principle was happy shiny slaves. Indoctrination may be a stronger theme for Jasmine however. But I’m not sure about Illyria being the sole person on this girl's hit list I preferred my way when she was just something in the way another being of evil (note that being in the shelter Illyria would be the only being without a sole which is a nice bit of continuity with "Winning." I'll get back in a day or two. Oh and as for the argument between Illyria's actions, I agree with Drew, Illyria still had "Shards" of Fred in her when she was willing to raise her army what changed was her purpose, when she no longer had an army she no longer had a purpose something that Angel, Wes, Spike, Gunn (and Fred) "had" (again we loosely use the term.) which is why she went back to them. I'm not disputing that Fred was involved some way but I think that Illyria herself made the decision and I quote Illyria must have some good her as a rule

I agree, Joss. It will be harder for Illyria now that Fred is out of her. That's definitely something we'll have to consider in Arc II.

Illyria must have some good her as a rule Agreed. All I am saying is that all her instincts tell her to be evil. That’s not completely true, Jasmine was bad because of her desire to create a perfectly "good" world wasn’t a good thing, granted she also ate people and pretty much gave herself the leader role with slaves but the principle was happy shiny slaves. Indoctrination may be a stronger theme for Jasmine however. What I meant by "corrupted by good" is that whenever someone is corrupted we think of it as that the thing was once good but evil got in there and changed it. This would basically be the opposite. A being who is in nature evil (not totally evil, just in nature) becoming good because of some outside force that is affecting her.

Ok here's the second pitch again I think it needs some work.
The Girl with the Golden Touch.
Note: It is always raining in this episode.
We open on a dark alley with rain pouring and pouring we hear the thunder but do not see the lightning. We then see a woman who cannot be described as a demon but not all human her hair is wading as if there is a light wind but there is no evidence for this. She walks over too Illyria and picks her up. Illyria is bloodied and battered.
The Girl places her hand over Illyria’s chest and a dark light begins to be sucked from Illyria who is now in pain. The girl then feels immense pain as a sword is pierced through her and she falls and dies Angel stands behind her looking mad.
Fred helps Spike stand up looking beaten and slowly walks towards the dead body the rain still pours. Illyria and Spike look at Angel and they turn and leave.
Two Days Ago.
Tobit has Angel and Co ready for another mission to take out a Demon “Rupitocron” that has the power to corrupt souls Tobit recommends getting very armed up for this mission as he generally surrounds himself with Vamps.
The team enter a very large building however the power seems to be out they break in through the roof and find a deserted building with lots of damage. The A team slowly make their way through the building finding areas that were barricaded up but there are no bodies of anyone who attacked the building but there are weapons. Fred makes the point that no killed vampire would leave a body but that would mean the protagonists wouldn’t have lost anyone in combat and given the amount of combat areas we have seen it seems unlikely.
They finely reach where they are supposed to be and see that the barricade didn’t hold. They enter the room and the Demon Rupitocron is present however he is quiet and mumbling to himself the room seems to have taken the most damage it is literally falling apart around them they lower their weapons as the demon is an anti-climax to what Tobit stated and is no threat. They try to get sense out of him but he doesn’t respond at one point a beam falls from the ceiling and the Demon dives taking Fred out of its path.
The gang take the demon with them realising that he is the only clue they have. Fred says the security cameras should be some help to what sort of team did this. Illyria says she will go with her but Fred says she would prefer it if Spike went. Spike and Fred go to investigate. Angel and Illyria go with the Demon and leave the building.
Outside as they walk back towards the shelter there is an alley with a Vampire attacking a woman. Angel goes to go down the alley but Illyria questions him on why, as their matter is more pressing than one person and one vampire. Angel has a go at her about morality and the good he sends her home with the Demon and goes down the alley. He reaches the bottom and a Vampire who introduces himself as Key starts to fight with Angel as the human watches on. Angel is knocked to the ground at one point and Key walks over to him about to try and steak him but a figure emerges from the darkness looking at the Vampire she is the figure we saw at the start she grabs him after he tries to attack but with no success then she places her hand over his chest and begins to suck this dark light out of him and then he dusts.
She states, “His kind always do.” Angel asks her who she is she states that she is no one just like him she has no place in the world but simply a job to do. She also says she is not there to fight him because he has soul and the day for their cleansing hasn’t come yet and she leaves.
Angel arrives back at the Shelter and explains what has happened Tobit is confused by the Demon they were sent to kill he seems to have had a considerable amount of evil ripped out of him leaving what little good he had left but his body couldn’t handle it so he has simply become a shadow.
Angel explains what he saw as Fred and Spike return saying that the cameras revealed the assault was made by one woman they have a print out that reveals her as the woman Angel saw.
Tobit goes to speak to the powers and comes back with information that the woman is a which who believed she was superior to any slayer and practiced the Light Arts until they corrupted her and she rampages removing the evil from soulless demons mostly making them like the demon they brought in. But some become good beings. But Vampires being the lowest of the mixed types die as their body has had so much evil injected into it that it cannot take the strain.
Angel states the cross roads they are at. They would be killing a human, a human with a soul and a human doing potentially “good.”
Spike states that they should leave her be seeing as she isn’t doing any evil she is doing “Their” work at a much faster pace.
Tobit disagrees and quite forcefully states that she will begin sucking the good out of humans too and that is bad, as humans may not survive the trauma.
Angel takes a moment before coming to his conclusion, that this isn’t about the danger or the fight, it’s about the balance and that is why they are there. If they let her do what she wants create a world of “Shiny Happy People.” It would be no better than a hell dimension, Spike questions if people would spontaneously sing. Angel says that the increase of good is as evil as the increase in bad.
Tobit learns of her location and the A team go to her. She is in a demon bar and is making all the demons in the place “good.” It is pretty empty however we assume that the more souled demons have deserted. We see the woman finish sucking evil and the demon thanking her and leaving saying to the others that it is a joy what they are about to receive but he ignores the demons in agony or similar to the demon we have already seen.
The girl asks Angel if he’s going to kill her he says maybe if she doesn’t stop and they fight the battle goes both ways, as the girl is very powerful without sucking the evil. She takes down the A team and picks up a random demon who begs for his life saying he isn’t that bad its just there and he tries to suppress it lives a normal life he never killed anyone. But she ignores him and he is in agony as the evil is sucked Illyria raises her sword and kills the demon and hits the Girl in one motion. Angel barks that she shouldn’t have killed the innocent demon but she doesn’t care. The Girl grabs Illyria and begins to perform the act on her. Angel grabs the Girl and pins her against the wall with a sword against her throat. The girl laughs and asks if he Angel, the Champion, he who signed away in blood the prophecy that would turn him human, he who gave up his son all in the name of good will kill her.
Angel suffers doubt backs down and she laughs and walks away. The A team leave feeling battered when outside they look up the alley seeing the Girl and a random demon performing the spell Angel says they cant fight her she’s to strong and he cant bring himself to do it. But Illyria rushes up the alley Angel shouts no Illyria raises her sword and hits the Demon with it knocking the demon out of the woman’s arms and putting her into the brunt of the pain. Spike runs forward and is knocked down by the woman but she drops Illyria to the ground as this happens, Fred follows suit and Angel approaches the Girl turns towards him and says that he will not kill her because she is on the same side as him and Illyria is evil.
We return to the starting scene when she turns back around with Angel looking helpless but then he sees the Demon that Illyria “sliced” still alive she didn’t kill him she took the pain for him. Angel realises the paradox of good being bad and ultimately Illyria being good and kills the Girl. We see the A team stand and walk back down the alley.
The closing scene we are told that Illyria experienced her good emotions exposed somewhat after the woman opened them up. Illyria says she can already feel them suppressing and turns and leaves. Tobit and Angel talk about her Angel says that it would be nice if she let those emotions run through more often. She returns with the A team present holding oven mitts and a cake.
End.

Well, generally, I like it. I'm not very sure if the episode would fit in well but now with this more detailed outline I have to say that I like it a lot. Opening with Angel killing a human being, if that's done correctly that could be great. It's also good tohave this kinda thing once in a while. This woman is, basically, fighting evil. But she does it in a way that is very different to how Angel does it. Also, I think that the PTB wold want this woman out of the picture, she's taking even more balance off the scales. Maybe because of his rut Angel would side with Tobit immediatly, not even think about it. It would be a nice parallel. Angel is mindlessly fighting for what he thinks is good. The woman is fighting for actual good. Yet somehow Angel ends up going after her.
There are some things that I don't understand tho. "Angel, the Champion, he who signed away in blood the prophecy that would turn him human, he who gave up his son all in the name of good will kill her," how does she know all this stuff? Also the entire ending with the demon is the spell was very unclear, I didn't get it (althought that might just mean that I'm slow). And one thing I'm wondering, she sucks evil out of creatures but then what? What does she do with the evil?
And I really like the idea of a demon who has the evil sucked out of him but the good inside is so small that he is just a shadow. That's pretty cool.
So I like it. Not sure if it would fit in well and still unclear about couple of things but in general I'm starting to really like the idea.

I always liked the theory that whenever a character knew about Angel's past but it couldn't be explained why its because he/she read it off the chat boards where people talk about Angel (j/k kinda) I'm sure that line could be missed and replaced with something to try and bring Angel into doubt.
"Performing the spell." is the Girl ripping Evil out of the Demon, sorry if that wasnt clear.
also I tried to make the Girl seem although powerfull, unfoccused even when the A team are there but knocked down she carried on her act. When she leaves the first demon she bumps into she attacks. She attacks every vamp in the complex at the start. Its to show how the "Mision." has corrupted her and is the only thing keeping her alive.
If you want to address the issue of where the Darkness goes you could say in her but the power of the light corrupts it instantly.
The only major part I dont like is when the demon is good and the spell works I felt that didnt really fit.

Note: It’s always raining in this episode.
Teaser.
Special Guest Stars

We open on an alley raining dark heavy rain all around the camera pans down into the alley where we see Illyria bruised and battered on the floor bleeding profusely from her side. Further up a GIRL is looking in the other direction and walks over the Illyria and picks her up and places her hand over her chest and a dark light emerges from Illyria who is in severe pain after a few seconds the GIRL is in severe pain and we see a BROADSWORD has embedded her she falls and we see Angel standing looking as brooding as ever. He looks down at her as Spike helps up an also wounded Fred and brings her to him, Andrew also joins them as Illyria who is holding her wounded side, stands looking down with Angel opposite her and Fred, Andrew and Spike behind him. For one second the rain dies back as Angel says “Human.”
End Teaser.
Act 1.
2 Days earlier.
Angel is seen battling a rather strong demon and eventually kills him by putting the sword straight through it. Tobit enters and talks shop with Angel nothing incredibly important before Angel takes the sword out of the Demon and blood splats over Tobit. Fred, Spike and Illyria enter saying they killed the other demons and have set the four women they were going to sacrifice free.
On their way to the Demon shelter Angel looks up an alley to see a vamp feeding off a human Angel goes to walk up the Alley but Illyria stops him she claims that there is no point in going to defend one human when their could be more important missions in the demon Shelter. Angel berates her for her lack of humanity and how everyone is important every battle no matter how small or how big needs to be fought.
The rest leave as Angel walks up the alley and catches up the Vamp he pulls him off the victim and yells at the victim to leave then engages the Vamp after eventually dusting him he looks up and sees a dark figure jumping from rooftop to rooftop Angel takes his sword and leaves.
Angel returns to the Shelter and Tobit gives Angel his new mission about a pretty nasty Demon who surrounds himself with vamps who is responsible for Organised Demon Crime in this area. The A team are about to leave when outside a Demon stands fully decked out in Armour calling for the destruction of the Place, Saul tries to make it experience doubt but it appears to have a soul he marches towards the door when a woman approaches him she grabs him with strength beyond her appearance and begins to suck the dark energy out of him he is in lots of pain before she drops him. She leaves as the A team run to see what has happened to the Demon.
Act 2.
The A team bring the knocked out demon in but Tobit tells Angel to go on with his Mission. Angel protests as they don’t know who this mystery player is. Tobit claims she just aided them so shouldn’t be a threat. Angel reluctantly agrees Fred stays with the Demon but Andrew and Spike and Illyria go with Angel.
The A team enter the Demon Boss’ building through vent in the roof. When they enter they find that the powers out and a large battle has taken place here a lot of the power is out. They know there are two routes too the Demon they’ve been sent to kill. Spike and Angel go one way and Illyria and Andrew the other.
Angel and Spike walk through the carnage but there are no bodies but lots of wreckage. Spike asks about Illyria now that Fred is completely removed her evil qualities and non-caring qualities are coming through and she seems to care less and less about people either way. Angel says that there’s nothing they can do they have to let her become whoever she’s becoming. Spike asks if Angel would kill her if she turned bad Angel says he’d kill Spike if he turned bad. Spike isn’t reassured.
Andrew asks Illyria why she is still here if she no longer cares about the future or fate of humans or anyone else. Illyria states she has remarkable respect for humans now even though they are weak and simple they still fight and stand together when it is needed but she still can’t understand why their leader fights for one the same way he would a thousand.
Angel and spike arrive in the room with the Demon Boss and Illyria and Andrew arrive just behind. The room’s dark and the emergency lights slowly come on. At the far end of the room we see the Demon being grabbed by the same woman as we saw earlier and she sucks the life out of him. Dropping him to the floor, a vampire jumps at her but she grabs him and uses the same trick but he dusts. She turns towards Angel and says, “His kind always do.” Angel asks what she is and she replies a White Hat. Simply there to take away the Evil and that Evil is among his group. She launches at Illyria but Spike blocks her and the group try and bring her down. But she over powers them she throws Andrew across the room knocks Fred Spike and Angel away and batters Illyria a bit then she is about to perform the spell but Angel knocks her down towards the Exit. The woman stands confused and asks why a champion would want fight so hard to save the life of an Evil thing. Angel says she’s not seeing the grey, there is not just black and white there is Grey and that’s where they live. The woman leaves.

Act 3.
Illyria and Angel take the Demon back to the Shelter but Spike and Andrew go to check the cameras. Andrew and Spike look through the heavily broken computer system but the cameras eventually come on. We see several shots of the Woman tearing through the building always using the spell on the vampires and they all dust.
Angel and Illyria arrive back at the Demon shelter and some Demons help with the Boss Demon. Tobit takes Angel and Illyria to see the first Demon we saw the girl attack. He is a shadow of his former self-muttering as the Boss Demon does. Angel asks what’s happened to them. Tobit explains that the Girl is sucking out any and all Darkness from them leaving what little good they have left in the case of vampires because of their origin the body cannot take the strain and they dust. She’s been doing it for years after studying the arts she became corrupted with good and seeks out all the darkness in the world and tries to remove it from unsouled beings. Andrew and Spike come back and explain she killed every vampire in the place single-handed, Tobit says she must be stopped he has talked to the powers and they agree she must be stopped. Spike asks why had she not been there they would have all killed the vamps so she’s really on their side. Tobit asks what about him before he had a soul he fought for the good and what about Illyria soulless she still fights for the good there are more demons like that. Angel agrees and leaves the room.
Angel leaves saying the corruption that good can bring and how she must be stopped the world wouldn’t function with “Shiny happy people.” Angel grabs his sword and the others arm up and say they need to go find her when a hooded person smacks Illyria across the room and reveals that the woman is already here. Angel grabs her and pins her to the wall with his sword against her neck but he stops. She laughs and asks if he’s really going to kill a human with a soul that wants to rid the world of evil, she came into the shelter without a problem Illyria had problems because she has no soul she cannot control the darkness within and it will corrupt her as it does with every unsouled being. Angel drops the sword in a moment of uncertainty and the Girl hits Illyria outside of the Shelter. Illyria in a lot of pain crawls down a random alley across the street and the Girl follows. Spike grabs Angel who is still confused and a little out of it and tells him they have to go now. Fred, Andrew, spike and Angel head out into the pouring rain.
The Girl begins taunting Illyria saying how beings like her are nothing and they will all fall and only good will remain. Illyria asks what of beings with souls that do evil, the girl replies that one day she will judge them but the soulless beings are her first priority. Spike jumps at her but he is kicked away into the wall. Fred swings her axe but the woman ducks and punches her away. Andrew tries to stab her but she picks him up by the neck and throws him away. Angel slowly walks towards her and she begins taunting him. She says she would have thought that him and Spike would understand what she was doing they both felt the evil within and how much pain it can bring she’s removing evil bit by bit day by day they’re lucky to have souls to be able to do good soulless beings do not. Andrew stands up and makes a heroic effort to kill the girl but she grabs him and turns the sword back to kill him but Illyria launches herself in the way knocks Andrew down and bears the blade through her side the girl pushes Andrew away and removes the blade from Illyria and Illyria falls to the ground as the Girl drops the sword. The Girl turns around and grabs Illyria and begins to take the darkness away Illyria is in severe pain.
Act 4.
We see Illyria in pain then a close up on Angel he replays Illyria saving Andrew in his head then runs towards the Girl he kills her we see this, this time from Angel’s P.O.V. as she falls and dies the A team then gather around her body and Angel says “Human. (Beat.) She was Human.” Spike says they know but she wasn’t doing good she was doing mindless slaughter besides if everyone in the world was pure good they would probably burst into song which would be bollocks. Fred says that all beings need that choice between good and evil otherwise there is neither and that is only bad. They all turn to leave.
Tobit says that the demons they brought in are going to be looked after but there isn’t a lot that can be done. Illyria is told because she was exposed to the girl some of her good emotions will strive through but they will balance out again after a while. Illyria says she can feel them leaving already then leaves returning with a cake she says she baked for them we then see the A team give her a look of confusion.
End.
EDIT: When tauning Angel in the Alley the girl should say somethin like "If we live in a world of grey dake away the black you are left with the white, the good you should know a thing or two about that."
This could be a referance to what Angel has done but doesn't realise yet.

This ep could work, but as it stands, it is very short on plot. If we decide to use the idea, we might not be able to come up with an outline before we know the outlines of the other eps before it.
I'm not too keen on Angel killing this woman. I really like the idea of Angel killing a human who is an immediete danger to those around him. Like a police officer would shoot someone who is an immediete threat. That would be an interesting weight to add to Angel's already heavy mind. (but tell me if this has already been done in the show at some point that I'm not recalling). Right now, I don't feel the justification for him killing her.
Well, I guess my biggest problem is that the ep is really starting to remind me of the end of S4. And our season already has so many things that recall the "free will" storyline of S4. So if there's any way that could be scaled down, that'd be good. But it seems to be the main theme of the ep, and that might be a problem.

Well, I still like the basic idea of someone corrupting other beings with good. But plotwise I'm not so sure about this one. I guess that right now my main problem with your proposed outline is the fact that the villian is executed in a very cliched and comic-booky way. She's just there suddenly, always at the right time at the right place. The part where the woman is just there when angel is heading out is very lazy writing I feel. Plus she is very one-dimensional and simple. Even if this woman is doing good she is basically following a very simple villian patern. She is just blasting everything away because she can. The idea of the "Human" bit is very cool but the way it is right now she is so simple and thin that I doubt anyone would feel even a light sting of pity. I still think that it could work but the plot needs to be worked on heavily. And what Drew said is very true. This is bordering very dangerously on the Season Four material. The whole theme of "How much is good worth" is already big in our season and having an episode that is dedicated to that might be a bit too risky. So I'm not really sure. I still think that the basic idea is good and has potential but I'm not sure about the way it would be executed.

i'm going to rework this script again from the ground up after I came up with this speech to sum up the whole episode although i'm not sure who will say it, probably Angel.
"There is no good without the balance, the balance between good and evil without the balance you are blind to what is real. Too much Evil, we know what that is corruption at a basic level. But too much good is more complex we've seen too much good hinder humanity we see it everytime a parent stops their child watching a violent film, playing a violent game a Christian campaigning against Stem Cell research a person corrupted with good can never see the faults that come from it."
The womans powers will be slightly altered slightly amoung other things.

This is pretty much the Power's motto throughout this whole season. It just sums up their whole point of view on the state of matters pretty perfectly.
