I think that it is avery interesting idea but it could also open up a nasty can of worms. Does this mean that all the crazy people are becoming saner? Are all the sane beings starting to slowly lose it? It's a pretty good idea but it might be a bit risky...

Yeah, all ideas about possible consequences of the chaos, I'm pretty much always against because it's so easy to blame everything on the chaos. so unless the idea really makes sense for our season, I say let's not do it.
Also, I don't think that's the type of chaos we're talking about. Our is more an entropy and move to homogeneity. aka demons and humans blending. If anything, Dru would probably go more insane because of it.

I think it would be good to see a scene where the Teens rise up against spike tired of being just the kids who get the meat but Spike is really belittling to them and starts acting like their kids and it starts annoying them and they get angrier and angrier and Spike just keeps laughing.
